Guide to Participation

Whether a complete novice or a professional, whether your pleasure is Modern, Classics or Historics, there is a package to suit you and your budget. Below are some examples of some arrive and drive options available from Stratton Motorsport designed to make it easy for you to experience the rush of motorsport. The prices are a guide and subject to VAT, based on an event held at Snetterton. Please contact us for terms and more details.

Discovery Day

If you have always had a desire to race cars and want to know what is involved, Stratton Motorsport offer you the opportunity to have all your questions answered, meet the team and see the cars available at specially organised discovery days at their facilities in Long Stratton, Norfolk. You will be hosted by one of our directors who will give you an insight into the sport. You will get to try for size the drivers seat of our very special cars then drive them on our very own simulator.

Prospect Test

Prospect days give you the opportunity to drive one of our race cars for real, a taster session to perhaps help you understand whether you would like to take things further and/or what direction you would like to go . Our team will listen and help guide you. On these days you will meet members of the team, other drivers and drive the car with an instructor.

Familiarisation

Arrive and Drive Track Days

Designed to help accustom you to driving on a race track in a race car to make the transition to racing easier.

Price includes exclusive use of the car for the whole day (you can share to reduce cost), transport, fuel and support. It does not include insurance and is based on an event held at the Snetterton 300 circuit.

Obtaining your license

Stratton Motorsport can help you through your ARDS test to obtain your National B licence. We can provide coaching, arrange the test and accompany you so that you get the desired result. We can also advise and assist with the aquisistion of your essential race equipment such as race suit, helmet and Hans device.

Arrive and Drive Test

Whether you are progressing from track days, preparing for your first race, or a seasoned racer working to optimise your package in preparation for race day, the Stratton Motorsport race engineers will tune the car to your requirements, while an instructor will coach you using the latest data logging telemetry so that you can realise your potential.

Arrive and Drive Race Day

Race day is your chance to put your skills, car and team to the test against the competition. When joining the Stratton Motorsport team you have confidence in the knowledge that you are with a team that has won multiple Championships.
