History

 

Stratton Motor Company have been involved in motorsport since the sixties, during which time, under the supervision of enthusiast racer and Director Roger Bennington they have competed in a huge range of Championships, Series and events.

 

Roger has been involved in motorsport for over 40 years, racing a works TR8 in RAC rallies in period, as well as Ford Capris in the Willhire 24 hours with legend Gerry Marshall. Over the years he has developed a strong connection to the Aston Martin and Lotus brands, having supported both factories with their racing programmes.

Under his direction Stratton Motorsport have run pro drivers such as BTCC star Jade Edwards, Le Mans racer Stuart Hall, Lotus Motorsport Director Gavin Kershaw and many more, as well as guiding enthusiastic novices all the way to ProAm in the British GT Championship.
